The 55-minute sequence includes 20 foundational movements (10 floor-based, 10 standing) that focus on core strength and movement fundamentals. Comparable to a musician practicing scales, this method lays the groundwork for all movement disciplines. Drawing on principles shared with Joseph Pilates and Rudolf Laban, this class offers a unique blend of modern movement technique and functional fitness. This class builds strength fast.
