A home for modern dance that honors the Wigman lineage while uplifting dancers and choreographers across a broad spectrum of contemporary aesthetics—championing new work, diverse creative voices, and artist-centered collaboration. Your contribution helps us create opportunities for artists, expand programming, and build a sustainable future for dance in our community.

Why Your Support Matters

Your support strengthens a growing arts organization entering its first full season. In our opening year, Minnesota Dance Consort has:

  • Established nonprofit status (December 17, 2024)

  • Produced new work and nurtured emerging voices through PULSE/impulse

  • Collaborated with community partners and fellow dance companies

  • Performed at Dances at the Lake Festival and Dances on the Lakewalk

  • Initiated the transition of DATLF production to KASM to expand MDC’s creative work

  • Supported rehearsal time, space rental, artistic labor, and community programming
